Two Weeks prior: Classified Government Location 6:00 AM

ACK!

That was the only sound the man got out before slash tossed him aside like a bean bag. This was not the way he would normally do things, but he didn’t have time to be stealthy. Annoyed, he walked up to the computer, pulled the USB cord/Ripper code from his “backpack” and plugged it into the server in front of him. The code was designed to work with much more sophisticated pieces of Technology, meaning he got the information he came for immediately.

The alarms started blaring in the background. Slash’s head snapped up to the red flashing lights that were now no doubt going off all over the building.

“They shouldn’t have gone off for another minute!” he shouted over the annoying blare of the alarms

“Guess you made a mistake” Shadow replied covering his ears to stop the intrusion of sound waves

Slash growled as he turned his attention back to the computer,

“I am so TIRED of hearing that sentence!” he yelled as he ripped out the USB from the computer letting the cord take it back to the “backpack”.

With a clenched fist he walked out the shredded metal door and into the hallway.

The building he was currently in was a top secret location of the American Government that, among other things, was the place that the satellites orbiting earth sent all their information to, and now thanks to the code Slash had implanted in the system, it would send that same information to him.

Quickly he ran down the hallway, and turned into the door at the end. It was a sort of conference room, fairly modern, but not used for anything too important. The only thing he cared about right now was the fact that it had a window, a couple of them, all overlooking the parking lot.

Chase rushed over and looked out, he was about seven stories up. Honestly the security in these buildings is sad.

Footsteps started coming up the stairs in the hallway outside the door, and Chase could hear shouting. As one would imagine the security personnel of this building would not be too happy that he had stolen secret information. But Chase wasn’t worried about them.

Once more he looked down at the parking lot below, and smiled.

                                                                          --------------------------------------

The building erupted in an earthshaking boom

Every guards head turned toward the conference room, and with as much force as they could they busted down the door and aimed their guns ready to fight, but the room was already empty. The glass was shattered, the table and chairs had been thrown about the room, and in the carpet, were three giant slashes.
