Hyper-Freeze grabbed the man by his shoulders, drinking in the look of horror on his face as his arms started to turn blue from the cold.

 

"AAGGHH!" He suddenly roared, something had hit him! He looked to his right and smiled
 

"Finally!" He exclaimed when he saw the vibrating dark-suited figure.

"Who are you?" Chase questioned, examining the figure in front of him, he was wearing some sort of armor, with a very Ice King feel to it. He was wearing a backpack with wires hooked up to his hands, and his face was hidden behind a full mask.

 

"You can call me Hyper-Freeze," He said with a nasty laugh

 

"Tech sent you?" Chase questioned

 

"Doi!" Hyper Freeze replied, "Now freeze!"  

 

He quickly extended his arms and shot a spray of cold Chase's way.

"Are you kidding me?" Chase yawned easily dodging the ice shot and moving to the other side of Hyper-Freeze "Please tell me you did not just say ‘Now freeze'"

 

"What the?" H-P exclaimed. Another blast, but again Chase easily dodged it.

 

"That has got to be the most cliché thing that I have ever heard," Chase chuckled as he dodged yet another ice blast

"STAND STILL!" Hyper-Freeze yelled furiously

 

Chase rolled his eyes, he didn't even need his speed to finish this idiot off.

 

BOOM! The world erupted in the sonic boom that Chase had created, throwing Hyper-Freeze into confusion, then in one move, Chase jumped over to where the "Cold King" stood regaining his balance, landed and prepared to end him. But as soon as Chase landed he realized a problem, his legs were frozen to the ground.

 

"AAGGHH!!" Chase yelled as his entire body instantly froze over, leaving his limbs numb
 

Hyper-Freeze smiled "With this suit, you can get within ten feet of me without completely freezing over."

 

Suddenly his hand formed a blade of pure ice. Chase's eyes narrowed and Hyper-Freeze leaned in close

 

"You lose"
