It had taken like five seconds to get the Safe House in order, so now Chase was rocketing across the Arizona desert!

 

Oh, he loved this, he often times questioned how normal people live without it. Speed is just so FUN!

 

BOOM!!

 

He shattered the sound barrier once more just for the heck of it, but soon enough he had to slow.

 

He had arrived at the Information Zone. It was disguised as some kind of water facility or something, just a building that didn’t look too out of place in the desert. But Chase knew better.

 

Cautiously he zoomed around back, opening the door as quietly as he could. But he immediately found out that that wasn’t necessary.

 

“Uuummm…” Shadow began “What the heck?”

 

The entire place had been cleared out, completely cleared, there was nothing there.

 

In a gust of wind he made his way over to the wall that held the elevator, but of course, it didn’t have power.

 

“I don’t like the way this is going” Chase growled annoyed, then in one move he ripped the doors out and stepped inside the elevator. And with a crash, he punched the bottom out.

 

It was a very deep looking shaft, but Chase guessed maybe a sixty-foot drop, more than doable. With a grunt, he jumped down the shaft, enjoying the feeling of falling and nothing beneath him, again how could normal people go without this?

 

Gracefully he hit the ground, and slowly opened the shaft doors. It took him a couple of seconds to blow through the few hallways that where there and check all the rooms, but one thing soon became very clear.

 

“There’s nothing here” he growled

 

Now if anyone had been watching that facility, they would’ve heard a faint blast echoing through the building, and then they would’ve seen the right wall of the building explode outwards for seemingly no reason as Slash blasted away angrily!

 

Once more Tech was another step ahead, and he was having to catch up.

 

Who knows how long it would take him to get that information now?
